"A few years ago I was looking for a house painter and a friend introduced me to Mr.Carlos Yott. I contacted Carlos and discussed what I wanted done by way of painting my house both inside and out, he paid particular attention to the color scheme that I wanted, which impressed me.
Carlos came over to my house and did a thorough inspection and we discussed a price and time line for completion of the work involved in painting the house. As we had arranged he sent me a detailed estimate of the cost both in time and money.
Once I engaged him and got him to work on the task at hand he was very methodical and meticulous. Carlos is very particular that he only uses the best materials, whenever there was the slightest variation in color or any other detail he would consult with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the job at hand.
When he finished the job of painting my entire house, it looked better than it had done ever before, it was absolutely top notch. I was more than pleased with his work. In fact since then I have had him work on many other jobs around the house. For instance I have him routinely paint the picket fence and the decks, of which there are four.
